Digital Product Refund Policy
Effective September 7, 2026
Because digital files are delivered immediately after purchase, all digital sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not normally available once the files have been delivered or accessed.
When we will help
If you are charged twice, receive an incorrect file, or experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact Willory LLC so we can investigate and correct the problem.
Email contact@willoryllc.com and include the email address used at checkout and the Payhip receipt number. Do not email payment-card information.
Physical paperback
The paperback is purchased separately from Amazon. Amazon's return and refund policies apply to that order.

This policy does not limit any rights required by applicable law.
